Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are not happy with any product purchased from us, just return it within 15 days and we'll gladly provide a refund or a replacement of the same product.  There are some exceptions:

• SOEN Ladies Underwear
• Seasonal items (such as items designed for Christmas or Easter Sales) are not returnable.
• Personalized items
• Digital Media or Information (DVD Movies, Music CDs, eBooks, Software)

We do not provide a refund on shipping charges.  

If you made a PayPal payment to purchase a merchandise & later ask for a cancellation of your order, your request for a refund will have a PayPal transaction fee deducted from the original amount you have paid.

When returning a product, we require you to wrap it securely.  We do not accept returns on items that have been abused, altered or used in manners for which they were not intended.  Returns shipped more than 15 days after you received an item will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  A copy of the original Packing List must be included with the return.
