01. What is an auto-load or e-load
?
An auto-load or e-load is a wireless reloading service used by
most Philippine Telecom companies such as Globe & Smart.
This service allows Globe or Smart pre-paid subscribers all over the
world to reload air time credits directly to their mobile or cell
phones.
02. What is Globe Call & Text
Card?
Globe Prepaid Call & Text Card enables the Globe Prepaid Subscriber to call or send SMS via their
mobile phones, anywhere, anytime. These Prepaid Call &
Text Cards are for loading value onto a cell phone. Card
numbers & PIN numbers are keyed in to your mobile or cell
phones.
03. What form of payment do you
accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover, e-Check, through PayPal.
Be advised,
however, if you are paying with an e-Check, there will be a
considerable delay before we are able to start to process your
purchase. It takes approximately 3 business days before we get
a PayPal clearance notification on e-Checks. Processing of your
purchase would begin only after we
receive a PayPal payment notification. For first-time buyers, processing time will take much
longer.
We DO NOT accept
payments from unverified buyers, buyers with unconfirmed addresses

IMPORTANT:
For first time buyers, we need to have proof that the identity &
address on your PayPal account are yours
and should appear the same on any of the following documents:
- Your current driver's

(California ID, Hawaii ID, Michigan ID, etc.)
- Any utility receipt under your
name

If you do not have access to a
scanner or fax machine, you can use a good digital camera to take
a picture of your identification card. You can then edit
out the information we do not need by applying liquid paper
correction fluid or using your Microsoft PAINT application, which
comes pre-installed with Windows operating systems.
THE EASIER WAY: Email, fax or mail us a copy of
any previous PayPal payment transaction made within the last month or so.
This PayPal notification is sent to you as receipt of payment
for any online purchase you make. All you need to do is
forward a copy of that notification to our email address. See

04. Do I need to register
before I can purchase cell phone loads or credits online?
Yes. It is a requirement that you register
with us before you can purchase from our online store.
05. Who can register?
Those who live in the United States with verified PayPal
accounts.
06. What is PayPal?
PayPal is an e-commerce business allowing payments and money
transfers be made through the internet. It serves an electronic
alternative to traditional paper methods such as checks and money
orders. PayPal performs payment processing for online vendors,
auction sites, and other corporate users, for which it charges a
fee. In October 2002, Paypal became an eBay company, a wholly owned
subsidiary of eBay. PayPal has over 100 million accounts in 55
countries and regions, making it one of the most sought-after
payment methods worldwide.
07. I don't have a verified
PayPal account but would want to purchase pre-paid cell phone air
time credits/loads,
how do I go about it?
If you don't have a verified PayPal account or have no PayPal
account at all, the way to go is to avail of our Load
Subscription. You can either pay for these pre-paid cell phone
loads with a Postal Money Order or a Cashier's check.
08. How do I know if my payment
went through and has been received by you?
PayPal will send you a payment notification along with a transaction
identifying number. Similarly, PayPal will also send us a
payment notification.
09. How would you know who to send
the loads to after I made my payment?
On the PayPal payment form, you will find a message
box where you would be required to provide all the
information we need in order to be able to fulfill our part of the
deal.
10. Can I purchase a combination
of Globe AutoLoads &/or Smart Buddy eloads for two recipients in
Manila?
Yes. You can purchase a combination of both. Just make
certain you indicate the two cell phone numbers of your recipients in the message box on the PayPal payment
form. Refer to
sample messages below:
11. If I failed to notice the message
box or forgot to fill it out, how will my load be sent to
my intended recipient?
When you have completed your payment, PayPal will send out an
email notification to both the payor & the payee informing both
parties about the payment sent by you & received by us. If
we do not see the information we need in that notification, we will contact you
by email to request for the information.
12. Do I need to include the
Philippine country code (+63) of my recipient?
There is really no need to. However, there is no harm if
you wish to include the country code when providing us with the cell
phone number of your recipient.
13. Why are your products priced
higher than their original face value?
Our prices are adjusted SLIGHTLY higher than the actual face
value of the products. There are a couple of reasons why this
is so.
First, we need to make a fair profit in order for us to be able to
continue to serve your needs for pre-paid phone credits. Secondly, PayPal charges a service
fee for every
transaction. The difference in prices are
actually very minimal.
14. Do you collect credit
information on your site?
Absolutely not. We do not collect nor store credit information
on our web site. All your credit card information are
processed by PayPal, which employs one of the most secure forms of
encryption.
15. Can I get a refund if I
mistakenly purchased the wrong product?
Globe AutoLoads or Globe Call & Text Card would only work
for cell phones that are equipped with Globe SIM cards.
Similarly, Smart e-Loads would only work for Smart cell phone
subscribers. To distinguish whether your recipient is a Globe
or Smart subscriber, please refer to our ->
Mobile Number
Prefixes before making
any purchase.
In the event that you mistakenly
purchased a Globe pre-paid cell phone product for a recipient who is
a Smart subscriber or vice versa, we will send you a refund.
Please be an "informed & cautious buyer" when purchasing these pre-paid phone
credits. Make sure that the auto-loads or e-loads you are
buying are compatible with the service provider of your intended
recipient.
There will be NO
REFUND if you provided us with an incorrect cell phone number of
your intended recipient.
16. Will I get a refund if you
mistakenly entered the wrong number of my intended recipient?
Yes. You will get a refund if we entered the wrong number of
your intended recipient. If we are at fault, we either send
you a refund or re-send an auto-load, e-load or call card & text
to the correct number.
17. These
electronic loads you sell, are they the same ones used for
international roaming?
Yes. They both work for local use in the Philippines and
for international roaming. When traveling outside of the
Philippines, make sure to have your cell phone activated for
international roaming before leaving, otherwise your cell phone will
not function at all.
18. What does
load expiry mean?
Load expiry refers to the number of days a subscriber has to consume the value of the prepaid credits from the date it was loaded into his/her account. Any unconsumed value will be forfeited after the load expiry period.
19. What does
account expiry period mean?
Account expiry period refers to the number of days a subscriber has to reload prepaid credits to keep his/her prepaid account active. The account expiry period starts from the time the account balance reaches zero. During this time, the prepaid account will be temporarily deactivated and he/she will only be allowed to receive calls and text messages. Failure to reload within the account expiry period would result in the permanent deactivation of the prepaid account. The subscriber, therefore, has to reload his/her account regularly to prevent any service interruption.
20. My question is in reference to load expiry period as in Globe P150 AutoLoad,
which has a load expiry of only 18 days; would the load expiry
period be extended to more than 18 days if I were to purchase two or
more Globe P150 AutoLoads?
Unfortunately, the expiry period will remain the same,
regardless of the number of purchases you make.
21. I am interested in your load-subscription, do you accept
subscription from outside of the USA?
The load-subscription is exclusively offered throughout the United States
of America.
22. I was reviewing your Load Subscription form, why is there a
need to provide my email address & phone number?
Your email is important to us because we would be sending you
Trace Numbers of the auto-loads or e-loads we deliver to your
recipient/s. The same applies to the Call & Text Cards. A copy of call card
number & the PIN number will be sent to you for your record. In the event that your email
address has been de-activated, for whatever reason, we can contact
you by phone & provide you with the same information.
Please be assured that we do NOT
share or sell your contact information to anyone.
23. How long does it take to have
these pre-paid cell phone loads/air time credits delivered to a recipient?
Although all pre-paid cell phone loads/air
time credits
are wirelessly transmitted direct to the recipient's cell phone, there is realistically no full-proof guarantee
from any delay. There are several variables that should be taken
into consideration. Among them would be:

delay in PayPal's
transmission of Payment Notification to us
- unforeseen
& unexpected system outage on the part of the service providers
- connectivity issues & other technical related
problems may all contribute to a delayed delivery.
Normally, however,
auto-loads, e-loads or call & text cards are delivered within a few minutes
to an hour from the time we receive a payment notification from PayPal. Delays
may vary anywhere between two hours to 4 hours.
All electronic loads are sent from
Manila, Philippines daily from 7:00AM to 9:00PM, Philippine time.
Our office hours in California are from: 8:00AM - 9:00PM daily [Pacific Standard Time]. Orders received after office
hours will be processed next business day.

e-load delivery has been made, a Trace Number is generated & sent by Globe, Smart or other service providers
to your recipient & to us. This Trace Number is
a validation, a confirmation & proof of delivery by Globe, Smart
or other service providers for the product/s [auto-load or
e-load] you purchased from our web site.
Upon request, we can also send "snapshot" confirmation, as shown on your left-hand
side, of delivered Call & Text Card numbers & PIN
numbers. [Sender's name & recipient's
cell phone number were intentionally blotted out to protect the
person's identity & privacy.]
