Write your signature on a blank & clean white piece of paper with no lines. Use a fine felt-tip marker [not ballpoint pen] to create thin lines or a thick felt-tip marker to create thick lines. Use only black ink in creating your signature. Scans should be set at high resolution and images must be saved in jpg, gif, bmp or png format. Email your scanned signature to us as an attachment. If you do not have a scanned signature, you can mail us your signature sample/specimen.

Before placing an order we suggest that you go over the tutorial pages on how to insert animated email signature on your email messages. Print the instructions. Select from the downloadable animated samples above and save it to your computer. We strongly recommend that you perform a test if the animated email signature/s would work on your email client (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Yahoo, Hotmail, Lotus Notes, etc).

To download a sample from above, right-click on the file of your choice. A new window will open. Left click your mouse on "Save Picture As". Select which folder on your PC you want this file saved to. Left click on "Save". This will start downloading the file/s to your PC.

Note that the gif-file doesn't animate while composing at all when using MS Outlook 2007. You can insert them and it should work correctly for recipients who use email clients that display the animation. It doesn't affect the animated gif itself for the receiver. Recipients who use MS Outlook 2007 need to open messages in Internet Explorer browser to see the animation.
