Start Outlook Express. Click on Create Mail
New Message Window pops up. Click Format > Select Rich Text (HTML)
On your New Message window, left click your mouse on the compose body. You should now see your cursor. Press ENTER key once.
Click on Insert > Select Picture
Click Browse Locate your animated email signature file & click OK
Your email signature should now be visible. Left click your mouse on the top-left corner of your email signature to begin composing your email message
